Abby was born and raised in California and is ethnically Filipino. She has a passion for children, women, and the disadvantaged. It is her long-term goal to live and work internationally, specifically to make an impact in the developing and emerging world. She pursued an internship opportunity in Chiang Mai, Thailand through Unleashed Internships in 2017, allowing her to create a childcare development course and nanny class. Her unforgettable experience learning stewardship business and understanding the importance of cultural immersion through Unleashed confirmed her calling to serve overseas. She is now serving as GEI's Training Coordinator in Thailand.
