Q : WHY ARE UNLEASHED INTERNSHIPS UNPAID? 

All internships are located in the developing countries of Southeast Asia and therefore require a Visa and work permit for international students to live and work cross-culturally.  Unleashed internships are educational internships were students and young professionals are mentored by business leaders through experiential learning.

Q : CAN STUDENTS RECEIVE COLLEGE CREDIT FOR THEIR INTERNSHIP?

Yes, the majority of the students that intern with Unleashed receive college credit through their current college of university.  We work closely with each of the students and their university to submit all required documentation required for students receive academic credit for their internship.  If student’s college or university is unable to give credit, student can also apply for college credit though Payap International College in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Q : CAN INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS OR STUDENTS AT UNIVERSITIES OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. APPLY FOR UNLEASHED INTERNSHIPS? 

Yes, we have had applicants and interns from multiple countries including US, Canada, Germany, Belize, and Taiwan. Our vision is to have students from countries and continents around the world: North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Australia, and Asia.
